CE.Si.S.P.
CE.Si.S.P. is an interuniversity
Centre for the Development of Product Sustainability, coming
from the interaction among different specialised abilities,
Academic Seats and Advanced Research Centres.The constituent
universities are: University of Genoa (Administrative
seat), Polytechnic of Turin, Sant'Anna
Advanced School of Pisa. CE.Si.S.P. research centre
is deeply interdisciplinary and consists of academic professors,
academic research fellows and PhD engineers, experts and stakeholders.
CE.Si.S.P. activities start in 2006 through the joint of different
specialised abilities of the costituent universities in the
field of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), sustainable development
and Eco-design with a considerable experience in research,

RINA S.p.A. is the operational
company of Registro Italiano Navale which was founded in Genova
in 1861. The date of its establishment makes it one of the
oldest classification societies in the world. RINA
S.p.A. and its subsidiary companies mainly operate
in the fields of ship classification, certification and advanced
services to industry.
RINA Group business activities consist in
offering certification, verification, control, assistance
and consultancy services to economic and institutional operators,
aimed at improving the safety and quality of their products,
